A Spanish seller and a French buyer concluded a deal for the sale of real estate in Seville, and the calculation made in cryptocurrency Ethereum.
According to CEO Propy Natalia Karanavai, a blockchain platform allows you to conclude international real estate deal in the form of a conventional online transaction, which greatly simplifies the whole process.
Note, California based company Propy held the first transaction using smart contracts to March 2018. Then a resident of Vermont sold its land joint stock company.
We will remind, in June the company luxury real estate Hilton & Hyland announced the sale of a Roman Villa of the XVI century on the site of the Propy.
