Baikal Miner BK-G28 – ASIC-miner with support for multiple algorithms

Company Baikal, which produces equipment for mining, has released a new ASIC miner BK-G28 supporting multiple algorithms (X11, Quark, Qubit, and Myriad-Groestl, Nist5, Skein, X11Gost, Groestl). This miner is much more powerful than the previous model BK-X, which the company sold until recently, and almost 3 times faster from performance point of view for all supported algorithms. On X11, Quark, Qubit, and Myriad-Groestl, Groestl, Nist5 and Hasrat will be 28 GH/s with different energy consumption. Hasrat, for Skein to 14 GH/s for X11Ghost about 3.5 GH/s.
For those who get crypt on Groestl, BK-G28 — a good choice from the point of view of profits. However, a large number of these ASIC miners can easily reduce the profitability in the shortest possible time. GPU mining on Groestl obviously worthless, as the company will soon add support for Groestl owners of ASIC miners BK-X.

The company is already taking orders for the new device, although ofsayte price on them is not specified. In the future, the company promises to add other algorithms.
