Miners S15 and T15 are created for the production of digital assets mining algorithm SHA256. Representatives from Bitmain, unfortunately, has not published information on the exact hestate new miners, the report stated that the devices have “the highest power in the mining industry”.
Last week, one of the main competitors Bitmain, Canaan Creative has announced the release of ASIC miner new generation AvalonMiner A911 with 7 nanometer chips. According to representatives of the company, Hasrat A911 is 18 TH/s with power consumption of 1440 watts (80 watts per TH/s). To compete successfully with the ASIC from Canaan, Antminer S15 and T15 must have the same (or better) computing power or cost less. It is also worth noting that AvalonMiner A911 will bring a good profit from mining of cryptocurrencies due to high rate of energy consumption.
