Created combat electromagnetic rifle

A resident of Colorado springs, Martin Greer in his garage developed a combat electromagnetic gun, which is already interested in the U.S. army ordered the production of a prototype.

Although externally the weapon resembles a toy, but based on his reliance on advanced technology and astonishing power. His gun can shoot straight from the 4 holes, in each of which six-millimeter shells come from the individual clips. This allows to achieve the rate of fire 250 shots per second. The initial velocity of the bullet is 1200 m/s Fire you can maintain a single queue or a unique “powerful” shot (at the same time 4 shell), which combines the advantages of shotgun and rifle.

According to the developer, the model can be further upgraded by changing the structure of the barrel and reducing the weight of the structure. His weapon is used two innovative solutions: the electromagnetic trigger, and just 4 independent of the barrel, which thanks to computer control can fire at the same time.

Martin Greer filed a patent application for the technology in 2016, and after receiving it has collected private investment for the production of a prototype by order of the U.S. army, which is now studying it. In total he spent $0.5 million of own and borrowed funds. Martin believes that his weapon is much superior to the older models of the weapons used in the army, as they are based on the same principles of operation as in the time of Napoleon.

New technologies are being introduced in the aviation industry. Singapore company HES Energy Systems is developing an electric passenger plane, operating on hydrogen fuel.
