According to a new document, extraction of digital money has no meaning, so it is not regulated, the official added.
“We used to think about bitcoin as their “vratiti” in our economic system. Since decided that we don’t need them, these bitcoins incomprehensible, respectively, and mining, it turns out, is not necessary”, — said Aksakov.
He stressed that the definition of “mining” requires the explanation of what cryptocurrency is. Also in the new version of the bill does not address the subject of the taxation of digital money, as it “makes no sense”, said the Chairman of the state Duma.
Earlier, Anatoly Aksakov said that mining should be taxed as a particular type of business. Then the Deputy said that the term will be spelled out in the draft law “On digital of financial assets”.
