Italy is going to join the European Partnership Blockchain, according to the statement of the representative of the Parliament of the country Mirella Liuzzi.
According to Liuzzi, partnership — cooperation of 26 countries of the EU will be signed by the Minister of economic development, labour and social policies Luigi Di Maio 28 September in Brussels.
In an interview, Liuzzi said:
“Joining the partnership will enable Italy to determine her own line in the development of blockchain technology — a practice that the previous government never used”.
Liuzzi also said that the government will soon find experts in the field to develop a strategy for the development of the sector associated with cryptocurrency.
European Blockchain-the partnership was established in April 2018, to serve as a means of cooperation between the countries-EU members.
