“Opening FinHub we want to make the interaction between entrepreneurs, developers and their consultants with the staff of the SEC more clear”, — said the representative office.

SEC Chairman J. Clayton said that the regulator wants to work with investors to attract capital, while ensuring their protection. He added that FinHub will help the development of the securities market, which requires rapid and flexible regulation.
